Interior Finishes:
- A polished concrete floor in the garage provides a durable and low-maintenance surface for vehicle storage and everyday use
- A finished mudroom within the garage offers a convenient entryway, helping to keep the home clean and organized
- The adjacent vestibule includes a powder room, adding a practical element that enhances the functionality of the space
Versatile Loft Space:
- Above the garage, a spacious loft area was incorporated, adding valuable square footage to the home
- The loft includes a three-piece washroom, making it a versatile space that can serve as a guest suite or home office
- The additional living space adds to the home’s flexibility to accommodate changing needs over time
Exterior Aesthetic & Practical Features:
- The clad exterior was done in LP SmartSide in Abyss Black, providing a sophisticated look to complement the home
- The garage is equipped with an oversized front garage door, ensuring easy access for vehicles and storage
- At the back, a secondary garage door allows for pull-through convenience, making it effortless to move equipment, vehicles, or recreational gear from front to back without needing to reverse
