Roofing System:
- Wrapping up the finishing touches on the Mansard roof system
- Will then be installing flat roofing insulation and membrane
- This design blends style with practicality, further elevating the home’s overall appeal
Framing Built to Perfection:
- We employed high-performance LSL framing (Laminated Strand Lumber) to provide unmatched strength and precision
- Every detail of the frame was crafted to ensure a solid foundation for the home’s unique architectural elements
- This includes a curved two-story staircase that acts as the stunning centrepiece, designed to impress
- Another unique quality is the multi-radius doorways, adding a touch of elegance and complexity to the design
Quality Materials & Flooring
This home’s transformation continues from the structure to the finishing touches, with innovative materials, beautiful white oak flooring, and a design that channels warmth and elegance.
Durable Materials:
- Huber Engineered Woods ZIP R-Sheathing used for superior thermal performance and moisture resistance
- Huber Engineered Woods AdvanTech X-Factor Subflooring used to ensure smooth, quiet, and durable floors
Timeless Flooring:
- The second and third floors feature classic white oak planks, bringing a clean and natural look to the newly added living spaces
- We installed 2” x 24” tumbled white oak flooring on the main floor in a herringbone layout
- Designed with intentional imperfections, this flooring brings a sense of history and texture to the space
- The result is a timeless, lived-in aesthetic that feels refined, relaxed, and full of character
